COVID-19 Protocols, and T&C's 

COVID-19:

Your driving Instructor:

• has been fully vaccinated, and will keep up with booster shots as required by the NZ Government

• will have wiped down all regularly used surfaces with disinfectant wipes before you enter their vehicle

• will offer you hand sanitizer before you get in their vehicle

• maybe be wearing a face mask. You are welcome to wear a mask if you wish

Terms and Conditions:

As a student of Safe Kar Driving school, I:

• will pay (for single and lesson packages) in full before my first lesson 

• am aware my instructor has the right to cancel my lesson if payment is not made on time (at least 48 hours in advance if paying online, or on the day if paying in cash) and may add a collection cost fee

• will give at least 24 hours notice, where possible, to cancel or change the time or date of my lesson

• am aware a cancellation fee may be charged if I am unable to provide 24 hours notice or do not turn up for my lesson

• am aware any traffic infringements that occur during any driving lessons are my responsibility and not the liability of the instructor nor Safe Kar Driving School

• am aware, if I provide my own vehicle for a lesson, any damage to the vehicle or any third party property that occurs during any driving lesson are my responsibility and not the liability of the instructor nor Safe Kar Driving School
